The exercises programs are for building strength and 'tone' and are progressive, which means we promote focus on PBs (personal best)- strength training progress is more linea and motivating than fat loss and physique changes and faster changes occur.
The personal nutritional targets follow high protein (to build muscle and strength, keep you fuller for longer and feeds the microbiome promoting a stronger immune system AND keeping you fuller for longer. We track using myfitnesspal or there is an in- app diary that's easy to use.
The weekly check in form gets emailed every monday at 5am (it's the same link used in case you want to check in on sunday the same link can be used) this is accountability, a chance to reflect and learn (trial and error) about your behaviours around food, lifestyle etc and try another way around it, until you build routine. I read every check in form and make notes and answer any questions and/ barriers you've hit in the previous week and discuss them (anonymously) during the Facebook live Mondays. This will be recorded and posted to watch at your convenience. Please note that only 1-1 clients get video feedback for their check ins.
As many people can join- more the merrier and you may find your competitive nature comes out.
You'll get all my Pilates classes for free for the 8 weeks/ or until you finish coaching with me. Which gives you the opportunity to chat with me in person about anything you're struggling with 🙂
Access to the DCA (DigiCoach Academy group)- where the live Q&As are, classes for strength, core, pilates, Metafit are held, motivational posts on mindset, recipe packs (vegan too), written guides on a variety of topics (GI diet and diabetes, Pelvic Floor, How to Goal Set, Digestive System and Gut Health, Stress, Stretching, Nutrition, How to Lose Fat, Hunger etc)
