Hi, I’m Leanne, a Pilates and yoga teacher, online coach, and Personal Trainer. The problem is if you don’t use it, you lose it. Think about it, if you’ve been pregnant and had limited range of movement during pregnancy, it’s going to stiffen up. Plus, the increased load it’s had to bear as your baby grows, it’s not a surprise.
