For you to be successful long term, get a banging 🔥 body & keep it, you need to think long term… as in, the rest of your life
The problem with short term thinking is there’s usually an end date to all the behaviours you’ve tweaked and brought into your life. The routines you’ve worked hard in figuring out are lost or forgotten and you start again and again not really getting anywhere.
Short term diets don’t fix behaviours towards foods, alcohol, exercise.
They usually cut out a food group, swap a meal for a shake, cut out chocolate/ alcohol/ cakes etc…
Next time check in with yourself, is this maintainable long term?
