▶️ feet should be 1 1/2 shoulder width apart stance

▶️make sure your knees are in alignment with your ankle middle

▶️bum should touch the chair, then return to standing position.

▶️ over exaggerate that bum squeeze just as the bum touches the chair and coming back up to starting position.
