During my Pilates classes, we focus on spinal flexibility, strength, and correcting imbalances. Youโ€™ll become aware of improvements to take a preventative approach and rehabilitate existing back pain.


We train the core as a full unit, from subtle core engagement for post-natal recovery to advanced exercises that rebuild connections and improve pelvic floor strength and health, all while toning the midsection.


All my classes include breath work and relaxation techniques designed to switch off stress responses and activate a state of โ€˜rest & digestโ€™ using vagus nerve stimulation.
