Reverse pommels: bent leg

This is an adaption of the original straight leg pommels

▶️similar to a reverse plank, support your body through your feet and hands

▶️hands should be directly under your shoulders

▶️keeping the bend in the legs, move in and out using your hips to create some momentum

▶️keep your hips up throughout the movement
