Since pregnancy and breastfeeding, many parents adopt bad habits like anterior pelvic tilt and rounded shoulders. Even if you're strength training and working with a physio, you still need these posture-correcting techniques for a daily reset.


Posture Tips:

β€’ Pelvic Tilts: Perform 30-50 reps to understand your pelvic alignment and relieve discomfort.

β€’ Shoulder Stretch: Use a block or cushion at bra height, arms in a T position, and breathe deeply to relax into the stretch.
