In this video, I share essential tips for postnatal fitness to help you regain your body and boost your energy levels. As a yoga and Pilates teacher, online lifestyle coach, and PT, I understand the challenges new mothers face. Let's start this journey together!


Postnatal Fitness Tips:

• Increase Your Steps: Start by increasing your daily steps. If you're doing less than 6k steps/day, aim to add 2k more.

• Mental Health Benefits: Walking in nature can improve your mental health and aid in your rehabilitation.

• Mindful Eating: Focus on protein to control overeating and gradually increase your fruit and vegetable intake.

• Build Consistency: Establish a routine with your diet and exercise to fuel your body for both steps and caring for your newborn.


Within two weeks, you'll notice a difference in your energy levels and feel more in control, even while sleep-deprived. Remember, being a new mother is tough, but it gets easier with a consistent routine.
