Welcome to this pilates video, Iโ€™m Leanne: a Yoga & Pilates Teacher, Online Lifestyle Coach and Personal Trainer. My business is called DigiCoach. A holistic approach to health & fitness.


During my pilates classes we will be working on spinal flexibility, strength and correcting imbalances, whiles making you aware of improvements to be made to take a preventative practice and rehabilitate most existing back pain.


We train the core as a full unit, teaching you from the basics of subtle core engagement without movement (for those post natal), to more advanced exercises to rebuild connections and improve pelvic floor strength and health whileโ€™s working on toning in the mid section.


All my classes include breath work and relaxation designed to switch off our stress responses and into a state of โ€˜rest & digestโ€™ using vagus nervous stimulus
