▶️ this exercise is usually prescribed for people with arthritis, knee injuries, knee replacements

▶️ slowly and controlled, concentrate on using the abductors to bring the leg away from the mid line of the body. Go as high as feels comfortable and slowly return to the starting point.

▶️ keep that slight bend in the knees
