▶️ this exercise is usually prescribed for people with arthritis, knee injuries, knee replacements

▶️ concentrate on using the hamstring to bring the heel up so your leg is bent 90 degree.

▶️hold for however long you were prescribed for

▶️ keep that slight bend in the knee that is support you
