🟩Come to terms with the fact you’re going to get interrupted 2-56 times during a session. Sometimes you might have to finish early. That’s okay, consistency wins over perfection!
🟩Go for quality session and slow TUT reps vs long sessions. Get in there, do your job, then finish 😜
🟩Be grateful and proud your body is able to workout right now, focus on what you CAN do and do it to feel good, boost productivity and mood vs looking a certain way
🟩Let the baby get used to you exercising and seeing you do it. It’s mummy’s/ daddy’s time!
