▶️stand in a shoulder width apart stance

▶️overhand grip of the barbell- shoulder width apart

▶️ using your momentum from the lower body and shrugging your shoulders, lift the bar to your chest area

▶️ quickly flip the bar bringing your elbows from the high position to underneath the bar

▶️you can quickly rest the bar on your front deltoids before returning it to the hanging starting position.
