▶️stand in a shoulder width apart stance

▶️overhand grip, shoulder width apart

▶️slight bend in the elbows.

▶️keeping the core engaged for stability and control..

▶️raise the barbell to shoulder height and return to hanging position

▶️go slightly higher to involve the upper back
