​The Exercises


​Shoulder Opener: Place the yoga block horizontally underneath the shoulder blade area. This gently opens the chest, reverses rounded shoulders, and encourages the thoracic spine to find its natural curve again. Your body will tell you whether it is too high or too low- it should feel oddly comfy


​Pelvic Reset: Position the yoga block under the pelvis. This helps bring back the natural lumbar curve and counteracts the tucked or slumped position we often hold while sitting or leaning over garden beds etc
